My work experience consists of:
One year as a teacher, teaching ESL, to native Spanish speakers. Students were young Honduras entrepreneurs or companies' employees that needed to be taught professional English.
More than three years on customer service experience (all throughout BPOs), on these three years I have represented three major U.S based companies. In the last three years, I have been able to solve customer inquire, and technical issues (from some basic electronic device troubleshooting, DNS issues, as well as some other complex issues). The communication channel that I have used are the following:
Email, live chat, help desk/tickets, social media and phone (Inbound).
The programs I am familiar with are Avaya X one, Citrix, Oracle Right Now (Chats and Emails), Outlook 365, Sharepoints, Spark Centre(Social media) Word, and Excel.
I am a fast learner and eager to learn how to use other programs.
