I have two years in the contact center industry as a customer care and sales representative, plus three years of experience as a quality analyst, working closely with people, developing programs to enhance the success of the company, as well as being the point of contact in different lines of business. Part of my daily tasks involves meetings, reporting, and cascading information to guarantee the quality of the process as required.
These years of experience have made me an expert in managing time effectively and becoming a great communicator. Moreover, utilize tools such as Google Drive, Microsoft Onedrive, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, and adept at Zendesk, Galileo CST, Admin, Penny, etc.
Currently, studying Cibersecurity analyst course at IBM platform in which I am learning roles, processes, and strategies to enhance the security of operating systems utilizing tools like intrusion detection systems, network scanners, and vulnerability assessment tools.
