Josie Lou Libot

I graduated in Bachelor of Science in Nursing, but my previous jobs were beyond my degree.

I worked as a Customer Service Agent in one of the airlines in the Philippines, then after 2 years, I got promoted as a Supervisor for both Customer Service and Ground Handling activities with the same company which lasted for 3 years as a Supervisor. My experience with the airline company was remarkable as I never imagine I could do tasks that were out of my practice in college. With the intense discussions, training and simulation conducted by the company, I was able to do my job efficiently and according to safety standards. I realized I could make right and quick decisions when I am under pressure and time management had always been an everyday challenge during work as I was only given only a few minutes to finish up my work. I was also trained to communicate well with guests with utmost patience and to act professionally always even if situation got bad, to be able for me to give them best customer service.

I also had a work experience as a Executive Assistant for 2 years before the pandemic started. My primary work as mostly making reports, check inventories, schedule meetings, and more paper works.

I am flexible and driven. New learnings and tasks always motivates me to give out the best of my capabilities which I am confident that there are still a lot for me to discover and enhance.
