I'm a Software/App/Cloud Technical Support Analyst with 5+ years of experience (Remote) handling various applications/platforms.

I worked with Accenture for 5 years. Where I had 3 projects. First one was with Microsoft on consumer side where we specializes on all of Microsoft consumer's applications such as outlook, OneDrive, Teams, excel etc...

My second project was with Microsoft as well, however we are on the business side of Microsoft specializing on exchange, SharePoint etc.. we act as the IT admin.

And my last and most recent project was with Navitaire. Navitaire is a project that deals with all of the airport business, from back-end to servers to customer facing. We deal all of what is happening on the airport environment that operates from one side to the other.
