Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivables department for three separate business accounts within the main
company, and oversee approx. 100+ business accounts and customers. Input and organize invoices, credit memos,
repair orders, insurance forms, general ledgers and cash receipts reports, detailing all sales transactions, on a daily
basis. Point-person for all human resource matters, including customer and employee support, vehicle
transportation coordination, tech support, and phone communication.
Key Accomplishments
• Improved the organization and accuracy of the bookkeeping and reconciliation process for our Controller
after revamping daily data entry routines and bookkeeping activities.
• Collected over $100,000 worth of past due invoices that were missed or never collected, by reorganizing
QuickBooks and approx. 4,000 physical invoices in back room filing cabinets.
• Fixed multiple data entry errors in QuickBooks and created the first training manual for
