I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and making things easier for them, especially when it comes to solving problems with technology. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to work in both customer service and data-focused roles. These experiences have taught me how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and support others in a way that’s calm, thoughtful, and solution-oriented. I take pride in making someone’s day a little smoother, whether it’s by fixing a technical issue or turning a cluttered spreadsheet into something clean and useful.
In my current position at Teledata ICT Limited, I work remotely and on site to support customers who use our internet services. I handle technical inquiries, troubleshoot service issues, and communicate with both customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. I use tools like Freshdesk and Splynx to manage support tickets and follow up on concerns. One thing I’ve become very comfortable with is translating technical solutions into everyday language. I want customers to not only have their problems solved but to also feel understood and respected along the way.
Earlier in my journey, I worked with SideHustle Limited on a data project for a podcast platform. I created spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets to track user activity, helped clean and organize large sets of information, and built simple templates that made weekly reporting easier for the team. It was a fully remote role, and it taught me how to manage my time well and stay accountable without someone looking over my shoulder.
I studied Telecommunication Engineering, and over time I’ve added skills in networking, cybersecurity, data handling, and even soft skills through various training programs. I’ve also spent time helping others better understand technology, which has helped me stay grounded in the basics while continuing to grow.
Outside of work, listening to music and playing games. These hobbies help me relax and stay creative. I’m naturally curious, dependable, and always eager to learn something new. What I’m looking for now is an opportunity where I can bring together my love for problem-solving, my technical background, and my people skills to contribute to something meaningful and do great work as part of a supportive team.
