Objective
I am a college graduate of Trinity University of Asia. I studied HRM (hotel and restaurant management) because of my leadership skills, and also because I enjoy working with people, I’m also fascinated with the role of people in operating restaurant, hotels and companies as a whole. Without the people, you don’t have a business which can be said with almost every business which I understood through experience and my mentors. While in school, I was an OJT during my fourth year at Red Crab restaurant where I worked as a waiter and helped in a variety of tasks which includes serving the customers, taking their orders, answering to customer’s requests and most importantly how to interact with different kinds of people. I also worked as a trainee customer service representative of cricket at the same time. This is where I found my true passion in sales. I learned a variety of skills during my time there which includes multitasking, providing vital information to our clients regarding the products as well as providing technical support and probing for important information so I can upsell our products to our customers. I also was a technical support representative of Time Warner Cable in which we were branded as super agents because of our work load. We handled technical support, customer service, and sales. I also was a transcriber for Express Logic Solutions for a short time. I have also worked for retentions in the past ensuring the customers are satisfied with the product and they retain our service. I have worked as both an assistant for multiple realtors, and as a sales representative for trade360, I know I will be a valuable asset to your team because of my experience, work ethic, and fast learning capability. I am a dedicated worker aiming to help achieve company goals and take on more responsibility as quickly as possible. My goal is to become the best I could possibly be, and help this company grow in greater heights. I excel most in sales, technical support and customer service.
