Asana Solution: ● Project Setup: ○ Create a project with sections: Pre-Launch, Launch Day, Post-Launch. ○ Assign tasks, set due dates, and dependencies. ● Timeline & Calendar: ○ Use the Timeline for the launch schedule. ○ Calendar view for tracking key dates. ● Communication: ○ Use comments and messages for centralized communication. ○ Attach files to tasks. ● Status Tracking: ○ Use custom fields to track task statuses. ● Automations: ○ Set rules for deadline notifications and task updates. Asana Solution: 1. Project Setup: ○ Create a project in Asana with sections for Design, Content, and Development. ○ Use tasks for specific deliverables with due dates and assigned team members. 2. Timeline & Calendar Views: ○ Utilize the Timeline view to map out the project schedule and dependencies. ○ Use the Calendar view to track key milestones and deadlines. 3. Communication & File Sharing: ○ Use task comments for team communication and attach files directly to tasks for easy access. Outcome: Improved coordination among teams, clear tracking of progress, and on-time completion of the website redesign. 2.2) The Gantt View in Asana is used for visualizing project timelines, task dependencies, and milestones. It helps teams see the project's overall schedule, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure tasks are completed in sequence to meet deadlines. 2.3)Kanban View is used for visualizing work, and optimizing workflow efficiency. It helps teams manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and quickly identify bottlenecks. 2.4) Automation for deadline notifications and task updates.
