I am a teacher by profession and I specialize in Physical education and sports. I am making curriculum and lesson plan for sports physical education and health. In the field of sports I've been working with my training programs such as circuit training and work out. I also play different kind of sports which I really love that motivates me to read articles and conduct researches about it. I also watch sports that it keep me updated on the trends that is happening the world of sports. In the field of Physical education and health which also my expertise, it is also my advocacy to search and write research about the importance of having physical exercise which is intended for the present generation who are very unhealthy. Currently I am enrolled in my Master's Degree which develops my skills in research and writing that keeps me on track on the issues that is currently roaming around the world.
