I am an Accountant and Bookkeeper with more than 25 years worth of experience in general accounting, financial accounting and reporting, bookkeeping, taxation, inventory, payroll, treasury and internal audit. I have an extensive range of work experience within different industries including freight forwarding, travel and tourism, eCommerce, merchandise, manufacturing, insurance, and real estate.

My mission is to make life as easy as possible for you by helping you keep focus on what you do best, while letting me keep track on your finances, prepare financial reports and help you pay taxes properly and on time. I am a Certified Xero Advisor and Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor who offers a broad range of services in accounting, bookkeeping, data entry, and tax related services. Below are my qualifications and areas of expertise:

• Manage end to end accounting process, bank reconciliation, account reconciliation and tax compliance. This includes handling order of customers to billing; purchases to pay vendor, and record to generate reports for management.

• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow which are useful for management decisions.

• Handle compliance for audit and tax requirements.

• Expert in financial system selection and implementation (set-up of accounting system and moving forward accounts from one accounting system to another)

• Expert in Setup new company file and managing Chart of Accounts

• Expert in reconciling bank, debit card, credit card, PayPal, Payoneer and other accounts.

• Expert in managing customers (accounts receivable management) and suppliers (accounts payable management) account such as client invoicing, collection, settlement, bookkeeping or sales and expenses.

• Manage fixed asset and depreciation

• Expert in Inventory management

• Extensive knowledge in payroll management such as employee payroll entries and reconciliation; deductions and related tax

• Clean up and Catch up books of accounts

• Extensive experience using and maintaining different cloud accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks Online, and Quickbooks Desktop,

• Experience with wide knowledge in different eCommerce shop merchant and online shared drive storage such as Dropbox and Google Drive.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook, with experience using Google features such as Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Form and Drive.
