I am an IT Technical Support by profession with over 3 years of experience. I’m into providing support to end-user, internal staff, and clients in dealing with their reported technical concerns. I’m also responsible for receiving, logging, and managing calls via telephone, email, chat, etc.
I also have a background working as an Admin Staff in my previous logistics company. My job and responsibilities include doing data entry tasks and provide support for international shipments, receiving and record-keeping international shipment transactions, provide efficient delivery logistics through data management, and doing some invoices processing needed in accounting.
Today, I’m learning and exploring the business of being a Virtual Assistant. One thing that encourages me to do better in this field is to be able to transition from working in the corporate world to having freelance work. I believe my past experience, skills, and leadership abilities will enable me to perform efficiently in my job responsibilities.
I can do some administrative tasks like Internet Research, organizing g-drive files, lead generation, appointment setting, transcription, customer service, data entry, and calendar management.
As for my strength and skills, I’m flexible and easy to adapt. I’m also keen on details and I commit myself to do and prioritize tasks before the deadline. I am a team player, hardworking, exciting to work with, and eager to learn things. I can communicate well in English and deliver good customer service.
