I'm an ex-Xaverian and have done my schooling, college and graduation from St. Xavier's, Kolkata. I have over 16 years + of experience in IT viz. IT Support Management (both Technical & Customer) - 5 years+, Pre-sales - ~1 year, Windows System Administration, Active Directory services and Networking Operations - 9 years+.
Currently I'm pursuing my Amazon AWS Solution Architect Associate online Cloud certification and preparing for the online exam.
