Administrative assistant with a professional office background. Able to multitask and organize with attention to detail while providing worthy customer service. I am a quick learner and have received many compliments on my strong work ethic. I previously assisted in accounting for a construction company preparing and sending documents such as waivers, invoices, certified payrolls, and background check documents. I also assisted project managers with filing job folders, entering new projects into the system, creating work orders, placing purchase orders, end of project analysis, and preparing reports for meetings. Currently working part time as an office assistant and pursuing my degree in accounting.
