Joseph Osuagwu

My name is Joseph Ikechukwu Osuagwu, and I’m a business strategist, leader, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience helping organizations grow, streamline operations, and make smarter decisions. I have a background in Biochemistry from the University of Calabar, where I graduated with a second-class upper division, but my passion has always been in solving real-world problems through business and innovation.

I began my professional journey as a Business Manager at Cool Choice Company, where I gained hands-on experience in managing operations and teams. From there, I served as Project Manager at Tholakele Group of Companies, where I led cross-functional initiatives and coordinated projects that required precision, agility, and results. I later worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Union Bank, Abuja, where I refined my financial skills and exceeded sales targets consistently. Those years helped me build a strong foundation in leadership, customer engagement, and strategic thinking.

In 2020, I founded Xolt Telehealth Services, a company that delivers accessible and innovative digital health solutions to underserved communities. As the founder, I’ve had to wear many hats—managing teams, overseeing financial planning, designing growth strategies, and ensuring we meet our mission. This experience has sharpened my skills in innovation, adaptability, and high-level decision-making. It has also deepened my understanding of how to balance profitability with social impact.

As a freelancer and consultant, I now work with businesses to identify opportunities for growth, improve efficiency, and drive performance. I’m particularly strong in areas like leadership development, business analysis, financial planning, and project execution. I’m a creative thinker, but also a numbers-driven strategist. I enjoy taking complex problems and breaking them down into clear, actionable steps that deliver measurable outcomes.
