For three years, I continue to develop my expertise in the field of intellectually property (specifically patents). As a patent analyst at Article One Partners, I have extensive experience in technical, academic, marketing, patent, and consumer research through searching of prior art and preparing of landscape reports. Article One Partners is a US-based company leading and specializing in intellectual property research through crowdsourcing and in patent drafting.

I have researched for over 400 patent-related cases, which relate to patent validity, invalidity, or novelty. As part of the company's nature of crowdsourcing references from researchers, I review hundreds of references related to each patent-related study and provides and presents directly to clients summary reports highlighting the best references mapped to patent claims.

I assure you that I will perform the search thoroughly and provide you the most relevant prior art. I have access to and I am proficient in using various scientific and engineering databases (e.g., IEEExplore, EBSCOHost) and patent databases (e.g., TotalPatent, USPTO, Google Patents, ESpace), together with google search and google scholar, by using the ecessary syntax to quickly retrieve the most relevant results. In addition, I am adept at using DocketNavigator and RPXCorp for searching data relating to patent infringement cases.

I also draft provisional and nonprovisional patent applications based on clients’ proposed inventions. To ensure patentatibility, I perform due diligence and sometimes add inventive element/s to the clients' proposed inventions.

Aside from the regular research task, I assisted in writing a white space analysis report about the emergence of NFC technology in consumer products. I was contributed in preparing landscape report about Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
