Serve as a liaison among staff, take care of their attendance and manage their daily transactions. Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the organization requirement. Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for employee services, quality assurance, evaluating quality process, implement quality process and training, public relations, and department activities. Maintaining Quality standards, Process, co ordinating with management and staffs, organization ambience maintenance, staff management, accounts management, vendor Management.
· MIS Reports
Resource Utilization, Fund allocation and utilization, stock evaluation – fast moving and nonmoving items, Sales forecasting, conversion ration-queries versus sales, Service report versus closure, Machine uptime, cash flow and many other reports using excel pivot table and pivot charts.
· Admin Activities
Serve as a liaison among staff, manage their daily transactions. Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the organization requirement.
Ensure the employees report on time to office, and late commers are reprimanded, approve leave, issue gate passes, ensure all the employees are frisked when reporting and leaving the office.
Ensure there is adequate stock in the inventory, issue materials, place orders to replenish the stock when it falls below the order level, negotiate with vendors for better price & high-quality material are delivered in time. Monitor the stock level periodically. Throw away with materials for which the expiry date has elapsed.
Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports. Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made on time.
