I have been working for 12 years now and I think the skills I have gathered through those experiences would be of benefit to any employer that would opt to work with me. My working days started as a technical support representative in a BPO company way back 2014. The job required adequate attention to details as we are handling dental clinic clients data and their business heavily depends on these information. I had been given the best rookie award for my first 3 months for my performance as a new hire in the production floor. Next job that I had was in a UK clothing company as a virtual assistant. My work includes administrative duties as I report directly to the CEO of the company, product and development research, Google AdWords management, social media management, email management, supplier coordination, customer service chat support and product listings on company's website/Amazon/eBay. I've had the pleasure of working with his suppliers which gave me the opportunity to further enhance my knowledge on the back end processing of the business before each product reaches the shelves and our websites. I had also worked with the company's google account manager for the improvement and handling of their SEO and Google AdWords management. My most recent job opportunity was in sales. I have been working in an insurance company as a sales agent and awarded as the top rookie and agent of my branch for my first year in the company and got promoted to Assistant unit manager on the second year. Sales became a passion for me as I was given the opportunity to work with people from almost all walks of life. I had been able to lead my team and was certified as company trainer during my stay. I enjoy working with people as it gives me the insight to all of their personalities and brings about the challenges on how would I be able to connect and help them grow their own careers in the company. Customer service is also one the greatest foundation of my work in sales as we need to give our clients our best of service before, during and after each sales process. It was never enough for me to have the sale but my main goal was to keep their business with the company for a long time and have them recommend us to future clients that we could also offer our services.
