Joseph Karanja Wainaina

Joseph is a diligent investment analyst who has been in the financial services industry for a large part of his career operating from Kenya and globally as a freelancer for the past ten years. I have been engaged in alternative assets from the sell side where I have gained invaluable knowledge and skill in investment advisory in this rather complex asset class. In particular, my skill set is comprised of conducting financial analysis, financial modelling, property valuation, development pro forma, forecasting, budgeting, equity and debt capital sizing, financial accounting knowledge and market research. I have been involved over the years largely with project finance transactions in the real estate sector. Amongst several other deliverables, I can be able to provide back of the envelope financial analysis, zoning analysis, highest and best use analysis, real estate development proforma and water fall structures I love preparing reports and can be able to provide good investor pitch decks and business plans for my clients who are seeking to raise much-needed capital for their businesses and projects alike. I am very passionate about what i do and i always seek to ensure i provide the very best and within set timelines.
