I've been using Web-Office Applications since high school up until the present. Since then, it has been widely used by everyone when it comes to a lot of tasks, presentations and data compilations. I've explored different functions that proved useful and effective and I am positive about the quality of work, time and effort I can produce for your business' needs.
While working for 3 years in different high-pressured environments (BPO), I was able to polish my skills in customer service, technical support, multi-tasking and some admin tasks including word processing and creating spreadsheets through Google and Microsoft Office applications (see portfolio items attached).
I used Microsoft Excel to generate and track all the cases we've handled in email, and Microsoft Word is for storing data and email templates. Google applications, on the other hand, were viable options that I've used outside work for alternative reasons.
