I have several years of experience in Human Resources as a manager. I worked in a start-up call center and was able to practice my skills in hiring and administration. Particularly through job posting, Interviewing, prospecting, drafting of different policies, management of employees and strict implementation of company standards. I also have a good experience in customer service with excellent skills in phone handling, email marketing and chat support as well as prospecting for potential clients with the use of different platforms like LinkedIn, XING and Google+ just to name a few.

I am a fun and Hardworking individual who always strive for growth in whatever I am into. I always see my job as an avenue for me to share what I have professionally, and to build bridges to the people I am working with. I consider my self as a spark for every new ideas and a fire for every good and effective working Relationship. All of these are always coupled with my Tenacity and sense of commitment to do whatever is expected from me and learn whatever is needed from me in my Job.
