I have been in the service industry for a total of 3 years or more. Handling situations, diffusing arguements and satisfactorily engaging with clients is what I do best.

I worked for Singapore Airlines Cargo for 2 years and 5 months as a Cargo Reservations Specialist. There I managed and handled various and multiple forwarding agents that needs their cargo to be uplifted and delivered. I was also tasked in daily flight planning as well as clerical work such as filing and reports.

My previous and recent work experience was in a law firm - Weber Law LLC from Salt Lake City, Utah. I was in the online administrator, a homebased job, where I handled the lawyers' day to day appointments, court dates and schedule. My responsibilities include communicating with judges, prosecutors and attorneys as well as clients on a daily basis. Gathering evidences and discovery and also drafting legal documents were part of my job.
