I take care of maintenance issues being reported by the owner or the tenant using Zendesk and communicate with our clients with the use of Propertyware. I make sure all assigned contractors will be monitored in order for the repairs to be done in a timely manner. And I schedule and coordinate with contractors and tenants through emails, phone calls or even texts to monitor a certain dispatch. I also create notes of invoices received from contractors and send checks to them as payment for their services. I also have worked for a cleaning company where I answer emails and text inquiries using Launch27. I dispatch cleaners and make sure they are on time with the given schedule. And send our clients email asking for feedback about the service given.
