Planning, execution, and delivery of MF Suite of applications along with different client customizations and integrations
through different technical setups (cloud and on-prem).
Achievements:
- Systems Implementation – Between Top 10 of biggest and most important for the company -5 Star Customers.
Led FedEx 3-Solution Implementation Scenario: Integration between platforms’ functionalities (huge win for the
company). Also led 2-Solution implementations for G&E, AMEX, Trizetto-Cognizant, E&Y, Bank of Montreal among
others. Did another several 1-Solution implementations for medium rate customers.
- Set up Integrations – All solutions delivered were integrated with other platforms and products as data sources to be
consumed or to feed other systems on customer side (bug reporting, reports, charts, etc).
- Executive Communication -Reporting to upper management and customers every week using (Jira+PowerBI).
Automated implementation with latest information in the system.

Resolution and Delivery –Ensuring accurate deliveries every time, despite issues appeared in the way of solving. Risk
Management –Risk definitions (Matrix construction), monitor mechanisms, action/workflow specs creation for all possible
actions to be made to manage all kinds of risks. Accurate Communication –Definition and implementation of communication
plans, according to each project stage and in agreement with customers and other stakeholders. Established working sessions
with customers to attend tech and management subjects on daily basis. Teams Management –Managed multiple teams across

Achievements:
- Effort distributions management among PMO members and related teams to divide and conquer easy goals towards
to bigger achievements. Set accountability and responsibility across all teams to comply with these achievements.

Technical Project Manager & SCRUM Master – Implementation of Financial Solutions -Mobile & Webapps.
Assigned to a team manage and led team members to fulfill project Implementation and Post-Implementation requirements and
needs. Because of the banking complexity business, different teams are engaged on daily basis to get everything set properly. E2E
process executions and people interactions making collaboration across all working teams.
Achievements:
- Mobile application implementations (digital and secure payment solutions).
- Flagstar, Wells Fargo, BoM, and a few other customers implemented the Architect Solution (webapp) which was usually
implemented with a specific banking core engine (DNA and other platforms).
- OnPoint Conversion and Deconversion Projects (database redo, backend and frontend improvements)
- Environment Upgrade and Solution Implementation of different Fiserv solutions (mobile solutions).
- Learned and managed to implement the Change Management implementation from ITIL.
Management and Development Methodologies:
Combination of Waterfall with Agile methodologies and practices for prompt delivery and quick respond to changes.
As Scrum Master, set up all ceremonies and artifacts, implementing JIRA as source of truth and control of all deliveries within
the SDLC and any other kind of task related to the applications development and implementation.

BA/PO/PM – Onboarding Features Management / Financial Banking Solution
Started as BA to be able to gather and manage requirements from meetings and working sessions with customers. Then, my
position changed to Product Owner -as I changed the way of definition, refine and set priorities using User Stories instead
according to complexity, feasibility, customer needs and team capacity. Managed also all development needs from Product/Client
perspective identifying overall functionality and dependencies. Almost at the same time, as Project Manager, I did run several
instances from several projects/clients that were implemented simultaneously.
Achievements:
▪ Onboarding System Integrations with mid-size Financial Institution Systems (through REST webservices building)
to Onboard customers automatically capable to sing up and request different services from the financial institution.
▪ Led and Support for each integration performed to get execution accuracy that ultimately led to customers’ satisfaction.
▪ SAP Implementation -Delivery assurance. FI, CO, MM and WM modules implemented. Also implemented several
integrations with SAP to feed other systems (through developed interfaces). Even did Go Live and Post Live Support
on Production as well).
Other relevant facts:
▪ Resolved critical control and operational weaknesses: identified problems, recommended improvements, and worked
in collaboration with Strategy team members and Client Support and Software Development. (SWOT).
▪ Identified benefits to improve feature design and development. Detail driven approach to have a complete panorama
of the current situation and figure out how to accomplish every goal proposed (Miro and Figma diagrams).

Worked as a lead unit with the team’s Technical Architect, to assess, design, schedule, build and deliver every solution needed
to maintain and enhance the Mazda Web apps for US, Mexico and Canada. Responsive websites for any kind of user experience.
Methodology: Agile SCRUM and Kanban
Development process was made following Agile SCRUM rules and best practices, which allowed the entire team to be more
focused, encouraging single accountability, and have them more involved in the process from beginning to end.
Built business side relationship improvement between teams (including Top Management) and practical development dynamic
were key to demonstrate exceptional production results.
Achievements
- Planning and Scheduling: Assessments and actions. Depending of the problem and its complexity, issues were
resolved taking in count resource availability and technical criteria from the team leads. Then, tasks were figured out
and worked properly and populated every release package delivered.
- Major yearly updates performed: spec definitions, visual characteristics, price lists definitions, promo rules and
dependencies, multimedia, and others over Web & Mobile platforms.
- Site Re-Skins applying latest technologies and frameworks (Front End mostly).
- KPIs definition to leverage flaws reduction and have more room for improvements.
- Nano sites development for different market campaigns, including pre-sales against available inventory on real time
(Back End solutions and 3rd Party integrations).
- Analytics setups with different service providers.

Kanban. Hired and Developed PMs into the Agile Development world making great leaders on all executions of building software
in the company.
