I have over 6 years of experience I started at a call center working for Bank of America as a customer service rep. After 2 years, I was moved over to dish network and I did tech support and sales. It was great I enjoyed making commission on sales and that when I noticed that I got a lot better at building rapport with the costumer making hem feel comfortable and making the sale. I am now cold calling for a real estate company and I love it, I contact residents and get them to talk to me after I build rapport I dig for motivation, timeline and price.
