I've been in a call center setting for eight years, handling different types of business. Two years in sales non (BPO) and BPO industry, been with Verizon and Sprint selling and up selling products plus handling disputes with regards to bill inquiry. I worked for nine years in Philippines Maritime Institute as a Technical Engineer dealing with computer issues such as networking, hardware, software even printer issues. Doing troubleshooting, layout cabling. After working in Philippine Maritime Institute, I've been with VXI Global as a Sales Support or Retention for two years handling customer objection and saving the sales of the customers for DirecTV account. Since they pulled out the said account, they transfer me to another account same company which is AT&T as a Technical Support Representative. In AT&T, we cater phone, TV and internet issues. Troubleshoot each services as per the customer's complain by the way, these two accounts I mentioned is US based account. Next I've been with another line of business they called Telstra, one of the largest telecommunications company in Australia. Like AT&T, I handled customer's having issues with their landline phones. Sending on-site technician if needed to fix their home phone issue and creating ticket for report. Now, I worked in Wipro Company as IT Help Desk handling United Kingdom account for Novartis pharmaceutical. Resetting passwords, dealing with outlook issues, installing printer software if needed, do remote assistance for easy troubleshooting stuff, creating tickets for each user. As a person, they say that i'm easy to be with, jolly and loves cooking, watching English movies, of course listening to music because music is my life and I also love to be with my family, going to church, playing musical instruments. I know that I will be a big help for the company because of my communication and problem solving skills which is a big factor in bringing true customer service. Adios!!!
