I have been working in call center for more or less 10 years now. During those years I worked my way up from customer service representative to technical support representative, to quality assurance specialist, and becoming a team leader(supervisor). I am a very competitive person, team player, very goal oriented, I can work with minimal to no supervision at all. I am very motivated person, when a task or goal is given to me, I always make sure that I can deliver on or before the deadline. I always make my superiors look good on their own superiors by completing every given task and meeting if not exceeding the target goal provided to the team. I value time so I know how to keep time management at all cost. i always maintain good communication and relationship with my peers and co-workers from rank-and-file up to the top management.
