I am a motivated and proactive Software Development student with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in technical support and data analysis. Currently in my seventh semester at the Technological Institute of the Americas (ITLA), I have developed solid problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility. My experience as a Technical Support professional at City Hall allowed me to provide effective assistance, resolve technical issues efficiently, and work collaboratively in a structured environment. Additionally, my training as a Data Analyst strengthened my analytical thinking and ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
