Dear Mr. or Ms.

I have always been a person who is determined to commit and offer my best to every project i engage in, starting in sports which I have always loved and following through all the way to my career in the BPO industry. My goal is to become the best in every area and provide reliable solutions for both the company i work for and the customer I am currently handling, because at the end of the day we have to remember that this is a customer driven business and that every interaction is a chance to learn and help someone in need. I have always considered that my greatest love for this business relies on the fact that we are all just humans looking for a touch of humanity throughout the rigid construction of business policies, we all need the essence of having someone that hikes like we do, that suffers as we do, that loves and works every day to bypass the uncertainty of days.

On my previous jobs my love for technological enhancement and development has led me to learn a lot about how to guide people through answering their concerns with clarity and ease. I have worked for companies such as Xfinity, Amazon, Cricket all inclouding customer service and technical support over the phone and also my last job was a a virtual assistant for an immigration law firm located in New York. I am an active and very self-driven person who is always looking to climb to new heights and if the road is rough i don´t fear walking it. Customer service has become my strength and helped me overcome many difficulties including my shyness which was a big boulder I carried on my back over the years.
