Jorim Holtey Weber

I am creative, curious, and playful. Professionally, I express myself in a flexible, interactive, inspiring, and open-minded way - mainly through coaching, consulting, and teaching.

My academic background is in psychology, sports sciences, and leadership. I consider myself a generalist having knowledge and experience in a variety of areas, among others sustainability, innovation, the future of work, health, cultural differences, entrepreneurship, and languages.

Talking about languages, I've lived in 6 countries, speak 5 languages fluently and founded a language school. I currently coach leaders, lead a men's group, facilitate workshops, and lecture psychology at university.

I follow the philosophy of "creating more life". This touches on many levels: Being more connected with oneself, being more connected with other people, being more connected with life at large.

In coaching, I contribute to that by working with leaders in sustainability who inspire me. Those leaders are challengers, introspective, work internationally, and are committed to their own growth. When they go fast, I help them stay grounded. When they dream big, I challenge them to go even bigger. And when they hit a wall, I accept them, hold space for them, and listen.
