• Developed relationships network with each seller account and manage outreach campaigns, such as Listing Error Reduction, Listing Defect Rates and FBA No Listing Exists Errors.

• Served as the escalation point for Sellers, managing their highly sensitive situations with integrity and discretion.

• Created an open environment where Sellers can freely communicate their needs or concerns.

• Captured success stories and surface innovative ideas to drive improvement for all Sellers.

- Engaged with Sellers in need of a higher level of support (high contact rates, poor performance), and educating them to become self-sufficient.

• Became full proficient in Seller Central usage and handling.

I became highly proficient on handling seller's promotions, detail page creation, issues and search optimization, all FBA related topics, feeds uploads and errors, category requirements, restrictions, copyright issues, feedback handling and improvement, account performance indicators, terms and conditions and account health overall.

I have also had the opportunity to travel with Amazon to successfully manage and complete different projects in Seattle, India and North Dakota, meaning travelling wouldn't be an issue if it be required.
