As the first operations hire for Thrive Market, I was able to work in multiple roles as an operations manager, I managed the P&L and operations for the west coast fulfillment center (45K SQFT) with a headcount of 70 associates and an average monthly sale revenue of $2.5M. I was also a key player in the ramp-up and opening of 2 fulfillment centers: a 372K sqft facility in Batesville, IN and a 325k sqft facility in Reno, NV, while ramping down our facility in Los Angeles. I continued my growth and development under incredible leaders in our Reno, NV facility where I oversaw multiple dept in the facility: IC, IB, & OB.

As a Supply Chain Director for Little Bundle, I managed P&L and Logistics for our Supply Chain Operation. My scope of work was Leading S&OP meetings; overseeing forecasting, demand planning, and buying; and POC for our 3PL partners and product vendors. During my time I fell in love with this Role specifically working with our 3PL partners and decided my next move would be to gain more experience in the contract logistics field (3PL).

My current role is OB Operations Manager for GEODIS servicing the Apple Care account. I oversee all areas of shipping: FTZ Bonded International, B2B, STO, Transfers, Dangerous goods, and Small Parcel, with a team of 5 supervisors and 65 TM’s. Through my tenure I have been able to establish a strong partnership driven by data and proactive communication.

Below are achievements to highlight:

·        Thrive Market - Negotiating packaging costs resulting in $200K in annualized savings. When running my facility, I reduced labor costs of $16K month over month.

·        Thrive Market - Led multiple lean projects for IB (changing the receiving process), OB (increasing capacity in our pick carts), and IC (adding a slotting section for our high-velocity SKU's), resulting in a total of $82K in labor cost reduction.

·        Little Bundle - Negotiated with shipping vendors resulting in a $72k shipping cost reduction for the year. As well as renegotiating better pricing for 50% of the SKU’s in our catalog, reducing $4.2K to our monthly cogs.

·        GEODIS - Presented the Customer an initiative to restructure our scheduling to improve our SLA and eliminate shift differential pay. Our SLA improves from 94% to 99%+ reducing our SLA fines to zero, resulting in $144K in annualized savings.
