Hello my name is Jorge, I am 29 years old and I am from Nicaragua, I consider myself a very responsible person, organized and goal oriented and I really like to work in this industry.

On my first job experience in the call center industry I started as a shopping advisor for TARGET.COM. It was very new experience for me and I really liked it, I used to receive calls from customer trying to places new orders, customers trying to track their packages, change orders of simply verified the availability of the items that they were able to find on the company’s website.

Then I had my second experience in the customer service field with another company where I learned a lot more about how to deal with any kind of customers, unsatisfied customers, angry customers, frustrated customers. I used to received calls from customers trying to send and receive money in and out of the united states, sometimes these customers were trying to find a location close to them so they can receive the money transfer so I that moment I had to aske where they were located so I can find the best place or the closest location for them.

On my third experience I was part of a new company and I believe this was the most challenging experience I had because basically we start the customer service department from cero, we were only 5 agent, we didn’t have a supervisor or QA, we only had each other to get assistance, take sub calls but leaning and helping each other we were able to acquire skills that allowed us to have a very good develop of the department.

Then I had the chance to join the sales department where I learned different techniques that help me to improve my skills and have a good fulfillment of my goals. Finally, I earned the chance to be part of the scalation team where I was in charge of the positives and negatives reviews that customers posted on line. Whenever we received a negative review, we had to call the customer to offer an apology for the bad experience they had in the stores and provides them the customer satisfaction that they were looking for from the beginning. Customers are looking for a service, or purchase something and in most of the cases they just want to complain about their experiences and best thing that we can do is to listen and place our self in the customer shoes and we will find the best way to help them.
