In close contact with the Technical Lead I helped the team to create a culture of best practices, SOLID principles and TDD. ● I helped the Technical Lead to introduce changes in the way development was made. For instance: introducing unit tests. Before that only integration tests were made. ● The application used some proprietary layout engine that only worked well in Chrome and was not responsive. I was in charge of migrating the app to Bootstrap and remove all proprietary css and javascript to ensure the software was fully responsive and worked well among all major browsers and devices. ● On phase 1 the project was delivered in time to the Vietnamese Health Department. ● On phase 2 we customised and updated the app to be installed in 1.000 hospitals in India. It has to process 28.000 test results received daily from Xpert test machines via the API and handle information of more than 1 million patients. We were all remote.
