My first experience as back-office agent, I found it really like my previous job as it required
dealing with Purchase orders and products. I could improve my professionalism; I loved the

After a year of developing new skills and working side by side with the client, I became the very
first subject matter expert on Honduras, later mid 2018 I was promoted to team manager and
