We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while helping keep business operations organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage email inbox and calendar scheduling
β’ Perform data entry and update CRM systems
β’ Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communication
β’ Organize documents and maintain digital filing systems
β’ Support daily administrative and operational tasks
β’ Assist with task tracking and workflow coordination
Requirements
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills
β’ Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
β’ Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience is preferred
Preferred Skills
β’ CRM management (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar)
β’ Experience with task management tools such as Trello or ClickUp
β’ Basic Canva or social media support skills
