Jordan Rucker

My name is Jordan L. Rucker. I am 23 years old. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have a High School Diploma through Virtual High School.  I have been in the Customer Service field a little over 2 years now. I have experience in working with TurboTax, Biotel, Datalot through Working Solutions all as an independent work from home contractor, and I also worked at a pizza call center. When I worked for Turbo Tax as an independent agent I was a live virtual agent so customers were able to speak to me through video chat. I would assist customers with using and understanding how to navigate the 2018 tax program. Things such as install/uninstall, filling in the necessary fields for completion, printing and sending in both federal and state forms, and creating orders. When I had a contract through Biotel I would assist customers with troubleshooting for their heart monitors, letting them know the dates of service for the monitor (how long they would need to wear the heart monitor),  getting the necessary information for a product replacement and information with returning equipment. As a contractor through Datalot, I would make inbound and outbound calls to gather brief information in regards to the customer's insurance needs and get them connected with a licensed agent in their state who could assist them in saving money on home, auto, health, and life insurance. I worked at Larosa's (Cincinnati pizza) call center for close to a year. I would gather brief information (name, phone number, address) asking if the order was for pick-up or delivery, asking which location for the pick-up or getting the correct address for delivery, taking the customers order, repeat back the order for any corrections and apply any available coupons, applying the payment method (cash, or credit) to the order and sending the order to the correct store for preparation. I am interested in expanding my knowledge and skillset in all forms of customer service. I think I would be a great fit for this company because I am motivated, experienced, hard-working, organized, and definitely a team player. I love to push myself to achieve any and all goals that I have for myself. I want to be able to find a company that I can learn new things from and grow with as the years go back. A company that I am comfortable and happy to get up and join every day. I believe I can achieve that goal and continue to be successful through this company.
