FYP: Feasibility Study on Removal of Methylene Blue
from Aqueous Solution by Magnetized Papaya Seeds

Proposed rainwater harvesting project which helped the
company to save RM 25,000 of water bills per year
Investigated heat loss of the 45 burning chambers in the
factory and proposed microporous insulation, targeted
to bring down the surface temperature from 140˚C to
51˚C
Conducted data logger analyses to monitor the drying
efficiencies of the ovens thereby ensuring product
qualities are met
Updated the latest fire evacuation route and fire
extinguisher locations by AutoCAD
Solved technical issues with regards to water tight test
machine, high brush consumption and unplanned
downline due to blockage of nozzles in stirrers
Met suppliers to get needed products with negotiation
