I am a goal driven and customer-oriented individual – with 8 years experience in Customer Service (BPO Industry) and being specialized in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

I am a work-oriented and people-oriented person. I am the type of person who values 

fexibility, transparency and independence as guiding principles.

Flexibility, as I am very willing to learn more. Transparency, as I would like to be treated as 

truthfully as I treat other people. Lastly, my independence, as I cherish freedom. I follow 

rules and regulations as well. I am open to whatever criticisms and I take them 

constructively and with utter comprehension at the same time.

To be honest though, I just don’t work hard, rather I work SMART. I don’t just do what I am 

told. Instead, I find ways on how to do such task in the shortest possible time without 

compromising or sacrificing quality. In that way, I could accomplish more tasks and 

responsibilities more than what is expected from me. That’s what sets smart working apart 

from hard work
