My professional journey started in 2011 when I had my first job as a food attendant at Jollibee.
I was working and studying to sustain my education and personal needs.
As someone in the customer service field, I have developed patience and understanding to cater to all types of customers from A-Z. Jollibee is a known local fast food chain that is fast-paced. We helped with order taking - where accuracy is a must, and catering to long lines of customers - where I developed the ability to work with a sense of urgency. After spending some months working in the fast food industry, I took another job opportunity closely related to my course back in college.
I worked as an attendant at Candy Shop Cyber Cafe. As an attendant, I acquired the following skills: - troubleshooting network and connectivity issues - customer and pc designation - payment processing and safekeeping - troubleshooting software and computer issues - customer support I also take hosting gigs during my free time.
I can say that I am highly trainable and always willing to learn new things. If you are looking for someone who is very open to learning and can become your go-to person or assistant, I'd love to chat with you.
