I have been working remotely for almost 5 years now. Working during your business hours at your time zone is what I always can do! I can work with less supervision and perform well under pressure. Reliability and show rate is not an issue at all.

I have already worked on different campaigns. Much of my experience are from real estate and mortgage industry but I have also handled insurance, residential and commercial cleaning services and digital marketing projects. 

I am specialized in administrative tasks like web research, data entry, email management, chat support, calendar management and back-end support. 

I am also experienced in phone management, inbound and outbound, like appointment setting by doing cold calling and circle prospecting. I also do customer service by taking incoming calls.

I have this desire to deliver high-quality output to my clients. And to do that I invest in learning the basic virtual assistance skills needed comprehensively. I take online courses & do practice work to continuously develop my "skill set" & keep me updated with the ever fast-paced digital world. I am always hungry for new learning so if you would want me to get familiar with anything that will be of importance to your project, I will be more than willing to. Timing and accuracy for me are of utmost importance because it brings out our discipline and commitment to the job. Combined with a little sense of humor and a positive attitude, I master how to become solutions-oriented professional.
