Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and experience leading a team of IT Field and Helpdesk Support, including assigning tasks, setting goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
Manage IT Projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Regularly inspecting and maintaining POS hardware and software to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshooting technical issues that arise with POS terminals, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Store Openings Installation of Data and CCTV/Direct Coordination to Contractor/Vendor.
CCTV configuration, downloading, capturing images, online viewing, and email notification for DVR (Analog), NVR (IP Cam).
Creating Daily/Weekly tasks for IT Field Engineers.
Inventory Control / Handling IT Equipment and Inventory.
2nd level Support of IT Department in-house ticketing system / Help desk to ensure that all tickets were served thru calls / remotely assisted and then endorsed to IT Field Engineer for onsite checking.
Helps create, edit, and maintain POS databases.
Oversee the IT Infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Perform hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for both servers/workstations/Network switches to stores and back office.
Switch, Access point, and server configuration and installation.
PC Format/Re-image/Installation/Configuration of OS/installation of Anti-virus for Windows.
Set up EPSON/POSIFLEX /FUJITSU printers to interface with POS to print customer receipts and daily sales reports.
Handling Deployment Projects for Field Engineer like SDWAN, GCASH, POS Replacement, Check In and Out thru Application, QRPH etc.
Assist in budget planning, monitor IT Expenses, Transportation allowance and optimize resource allocation.
Identify training needs for IT the team, organize workshops or training sessions, and promote continuous learning to enhance technical skills.
