- Maintain, communicate and coordinate among other agencies or organization such as BFP, DOLE, DTI, BIR, and other important organizations.
- Making payroll, bonus, and 13th month pay.
- Maintain records of financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, invoices, and receipts.

- Resolve issues between management and employees
- Calculating employees' salary, overtime hours and other deductions.
- Checking and calculating employee benefits and loans such as SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-ibig.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintaining detailed and organized employee records.
- Booking, meeting and schedule of manager.
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and forwarding messages.
- Preparing reports, presentations, memos, and other documents.
- Managing the employee life cycle (recruiting, hiring, orientation, and firing)
