Good Day! As I start my career as a virtual associate I am eager to learn on how it works and how it will help me to still hone my skill set and knowledge. I do have experience as a Customer Service Representative for one year under Healthcare and Telecommunications Accounts and as a Relationship associate with one of the major banks here in the Philippines for Commercial Banking for one year as well. With those experiences I was able to work on my skills and knowledge that I know I will able to use once I got hired as a Virtual associate. I do have good communication, problem-solving skill, analytical, monitoring documents, knowledge on Microsoft Office tools and other platforms commonly used. These are some of the skills I was able to hone when I started working that probably will still be improved once I entered this industry. Aside from the skills and knowledge I do believe that it is most important to contribute core values which I embrace. Honesty, integrity, passion, responsibilty and respect are values that a good virtual assistant must have and right now even though I am still a starter I can proudly say that these are all I possess.
