Duties and Responsibilities
Determine the acceptability of passports and visa for entry into countries of destination.
Deliver special services requests, such as specific seat assignments, special meals. Etc.
Assess the acceptability of and process checked-in baggage and carry on items of departing passengers.
Escort and assists VIP, First Class, Business Class, Unaccompanied minors & other passengers requiring special handling through arrival/ departure.
Attends to arrival, transit and departure needs of passengers taking the flight.
Meet arriving flights and assist passengers requiring special attention.
Register passenger at the boarding gate into the DCS.
Deliver Boarding announcements at the gate.
Attends to the passengers during flight delays and cancellations.
Check-in the passengers and tag baggage to final destinations.
Prepare documentation for arriving and departing flights to meet the requirements of Customs, Immigration, Quarantine and other airport entities.
Asses and process passengers requiring special handling e.g pregnant, incapacitated, unaccompanied minors.
