Hi my name is Jonah. I worked in the BPO industry for 8 years as a Technical Support Specialist. I troubleshot Linksys and Belkin routers, switches, bridge, and repeaters. Also, I troubleshot home automated devices like WeMo switch and light switch. I was also responsible to provide world-class Customer Support and sales. Sales by providing the best service to the customer like remote access and recommending the right product for their setup. I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I am an organized, efficient, and willing to discover and accept new ideas. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and a good listener, and learner able to communicate well with a group and on individual level.
