and recently upgraded all pages to conform to HTML5, CSS3, and strict 508 compliance. Site
maintenance tasks consisted of application development on SQL Server and Cold Fusion codebase,
converting documents and large publications, and maintaining links to external content.

As Technical Lead employed by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Lockheed Martin IT

compliant for the first time; the entire NRC website. We completed the effort ahead of schedule and
under budget and were subsequently rehired twice to maintain the site.
CORPORATE:
CareerBuilder.com
September 1999 to August 2001
I started at CareerBuilder as a Jr. Developer in late 2000. As part of a small team (1 other developer) we
managed the front-end of the site focusing on design, content, functionality, usability, and integrating
3rd party content into the site. After a year I moved into the Senior Developer position and took on the
management of key relationships including Microsoft and other 3rd party content providers.
Potomac Digitek
Assisted in the management and development of over 100 trade association websites. Work included
database integration, translating Mockups into templates, and adding and maintaining content.
RECENT PROJECTS:
En-Net Services Website
I custom designed a website for En-net based on the clients’ needs to improve the organization,
usability, and functionality of their portal for federal, state, and local government clients. I met with Ennet staff multiple times for an assessment of their needs, and coordinated with a designer to develop the
templates in Photoshop. I then custom programmed the website using PHP, XHTML, and CSS. All
template files are dynamically generated allowing for global changes to the template and easy access to
content sections, making it easy for the client to manage content changes for the site.
Recreational Trails Program Database
Technologies used: PHP, JQuery, Javascript, MySQL database, Linux. I coded this custom designed
website using dynamic templates and integrated a back-end MySQL database to display searchable
project data. Searches against the database are coded in PHP, and a COTS JQuery plugin was integrated
to provide sortable results display. I assisted in the acquisition of this contract, and saved the primary
contractor thousands of dollars by keeping most of the development and database administration inhouse.
