As interim Technical Services Manager, played a key role in maximizing this opportunity and rapidly managed the deployment of teams of software, firmware, hardware and project management contractors to support our customers’ projects, creating new processes and systems to maximise the efficiency on-site and improve the business’ revenue. Within 12 months, revenue from this department alone was generating over £500k with an approximate 30% gross margin. With its success the business gained additional design and build projects for the engineering department further increasing company revenue. Betica Technology Solutions Ltd required a project management specialist to support in turning a complex project into a profitable project. Appointed as client-facing project manager, provided support in correcting processes and building bridges with clients to establish a successful pathway for both parties to move forward. Applying processes, communication and delivery plans, established a collaborative working approach to drive the project to success and leading and motivating the internal teams to deliver.
