Belcan Test Systems Ltd had an opportunity to further expand their Technical
Services department and implement teams of contractors on-site at tier 1 sites
throughout the UK. As interim Technical Services Manager, played a key role in
maximizing this opportunity and rapidly managed the deployment of teams of
software, firmware, hardware and project management contractors to support
our customers’ projects, creating new processes and systems to maximise the
efficiency on-site and improve the business’ revenue. Within 12 months,
revenue from this department alone was generating over £500k with an
approximate 30% gross margin. With its success the business gained additional
design and build projects for the engineering department further increasing
company revenue.
Betica Technology Solutions Ltd required a project management specialist to
support in turning a complex project into a profitable project. Appointed as
client-facing project manager, provided support in correcting processes and
building bridges with clients to establish a successful pathway for both parties
to move forward. Applying processes, communication and delivery plans,
established a collaborative working approach to drive the project to success and
leading and motivating the internal teams to deliver. Within months the project
was back on track and successfully delivered, meaning the client went live and
Betica recovered revenue that was considered lost.

• Engaged as sole project manager for the business, managing projects through
full project lifecycle; Creating WBS, Project Gantt, key milestones, deliverables
and all required project documentation such as communication plan,
stakeholder plan, risk management and change management documentation.
• Supporting the company with a challenging overseas client, ensuring that
processes are put in place and that the project team fully understands the scope
of the project and what the key deliverables are to achieve successful delivery.

of full-fibre installations for the City of Chester, UK.
• Managed labour productivity, assigned roles, tasks and responsibilities to enable
successful completion of the project in accordance with planning, specifications

supported the Senior Project Manager and Build Manager in identifying
