I am results-driven and passionate for continuous improvement. I have 24 years of experience doing project management, software development, systems integration, production support and internal audit gained from reputable global and local companies.

I have guided and supported up to 50 projects and their project managers in producing quality work for their delivery commitments.

I have managed the successful implementation of a Banking Industry client’s new Cash Management System for corporate end-clients.

I have managed the successful transition of a Big Pharma company's legacy purchasing tool to a web-based tool for markets including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Was heavily involved in Change Implementation and Stakeholder management.

I also led a team for a legacy tax system transformation project, managing 10-20 team members. The project included analysis of the legacy system, skill up of resources on supporting technologies, and the conduct of upgrade and test procedures.

I led a project team for a Big Communications company's SAP Portal Development and Support overseeing managers and rank and file team members in the end-to-end delivery of approximately 50,000 hours a year of changes, upgrades, and development projects.

I led a team 10-15 coders, testers, and production support for a large HR-Payroll System transition for a Client in the US.
