I am a Business Administration graduate major in Marketing Management with a strong passion for helping businesses grow through excellent customer support, organized project management, and effective marketing strategies.

In my previous role as a Project Officer, I handled various tasks that required coordination, communication, and attention to detail. I assisted in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of results. This role taught me how to work efficiently under pressure, collaborate with different teams, and maintain clear communication with both clients and colleagues.

Aside from my project management experience, I also have a solid foundation in marketing and sales. My background allows me to understand customer needs, promote products effectively, and build relationships that lead to customer satisfaction and loyalty. I’m comfortable handling inquiries, managing online communication, and supporting sales processes to help businesses achieve their goals.

I am highly motivated, adaptable, and always eager to learn new tools and skills—especially in the areas of digital marketing, Canva, and CRM systems. I believe in continuous improvement and take feedback as an opportunity to grow professionally.

My goal is to build a long-term career in the digital space where I can contribute to a team’s success while developing my expertise in customer service, marketing, and project management.
