Currently working as Customer support executive at Radix. As a part of my job, the duties I perform are processing the order, assist in placing the order and look after refund process, to resolve the problem and queries of customers via phone call, Email or Zoho software and social media, maintaining records of transactions and interactions with customers, coordinate with vendors, canceling or upgrading orders, taking reviews from customers, etc. I have also worked as a human resource training intern. While training,I have been part of recruitment process, made job descriptions, posted jobs on sites like indeed, monster.com, etc. I have also learned payroll softwares like Sumo payroll, Bamboo HR etc.
